Let’s celebrate National Nutrition Month®! In 1973, the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics established March as the month to learn about making informed food choices and developing healthful eating and physical activity habits. This year’s “Beyond the Table” theme recognizes that family dinners around the table are important, but looks at our snacks, breakfasts on the go, eating out with friends, and even where and how our foods are grown and prepared.
